At Samarina, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process to make your experience with us seamless and hassle-free.
Returns
If you wish to return your item, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Please note that personalized items or sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
To initiate a return, simply reach out to our customer service team at contact@samarinajewelry.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once your return is approved, you will receive further instructions.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Should the item you wish to exchange be unavailable, we will provide you with a store credit for the value of the original purchase.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return reaches us safely. Please note that we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items that are lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is processed, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
